General Shipping & Delivery: We specialize in shipping a wide range of electronic and industrial products, including but not limited to PLCs, wires, cables, sensors, safety switches, scanners, HMIs, and motor protectors. Our shipments originate from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and we primarily serve customers across North America, including Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

We currently ship exclusively through FedEx, UPS, and Purolator. Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Fragile items are packaged with extra care to ensure they arrive safely. However, we do not handle hazardous materials or temperature-sensitive goods. Local pickup is not available.

Order Processing & Tracking: Orders are processed as soon as they are placed, provided they fall within our standard business hours. Processing time may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

We do not support backorders. If an item is out of stock, it will not be available for purchase.

Customers will receive an order number upon purchase, which can be used to track the status of their order. Once the order is shipped, tracking information will be provided through the respective carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will provide a replacement if the item is in stock. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Address Changes: If a customer needs to change their shipping address, they must do so before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.

International Shipping: We ship to Canada, the United States, and Mexico. We do not provide estimates for customs duties and taxes; customers are responsible for any applicable charges. Any customs clearance delays or issues must be handled directly by the customer.

We do not require any special documentation for international shipments beyond standard carrier requirements.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, the customer may request a correction. If the order has already shipped, the customer assumes full responsibility.

Refused or undeliverable packages will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and associated costs.

Returns & Refunds (Related to Shipping): Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is returned or canceled, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
