Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below to ensure a seamless process if you need to return an item.

1. General Return & Refund Conditions

We accept returns for two main reasons: customer change of mind or defective products. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will accept a return, provided the item is in original condition. If a product is defective, we will also accept the return and address the issue promptly.

We have different return policies depending on the product category. Please refer to the specific product section for more detailed guidelines. We do not offer store credit as an alternative to refunds.

Our customer support team is always available to assist with any questions or concerns regarding returns and refunds. If an item is returned, we will commission a device check to confirm its functionality before issuing any refund.

A 20% restocking fee may apply in certain cases where a customer changes their mind and returns a non-defective item.

2. Specific Product Considerations

We do not sell perishable goods, so this policy does not apply to any items in that category. Similarly, we do not sell intimate or sanitary items that are subject to special return restrictions.

We also do not sell hazardous materials, so no additional policies apply here. In the case of downloadable software, there are no specific return requirements unless there is an issue with the product, such as an invalid license key or other technical problems.

We do not sell health and personal care items that would be non-returnable, so no further restrictions apply in this category.

3. Return Process & Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. You may return the item through your preferred carrier, such as FedEx, UPS, or Purolator. No Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.

If an item was purchased as part of a bundle or set, it must be returned in full. Items purchased in bundles will be subject to the same return policy as individual products.

Refunds will not be issued for the original shipping cost, even if the item is defective.

4. International Returns

We accept returns from international customers from North America (Canada, United States, and Mexico), EXW. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or taxes that may apply for international returns.

5. Additional Considerations

We offer a warranty on our products, and if the product is covered by the warranty, it may not need to go through the return process. Instead, the product could be exchanged.

When returning an item, please ensure it is packed securely to avoid damage during shipping. Using the original packaging is recommended, if available.

In case of any disputes regarding returns or refunds, we will handle them according to our policy. If the issue falls outside the terms of our policy, we will work with the customer to resolve it fairly.

6. How to Return an Item

To return an item, ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Ship the product back using your preferred carrier (FedEx, UPS, Purolator). The return address can be found in your order confirmation, or you can contact customer support for assistance.
